- FLUIDS
Drink plenty of water to elliminate various toxins from the body and to rehydrate yourself.
- FLOSSING
Floss everyday - flossing everyday prevents gum infection and protect from inflammatory reactions in the body.
- DIET
Eat variety of food for fulfilling the needs of various minerals and nutrients of the body by removing toxins and preventing degenerative health problems. Balance diet is of prime importance for a healthier living and it should include, proteins (atleast 0.8 gms of per kg of
body weight / day), carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. Avoid junk foods, soft drinks, tea
and coffee etc. and reduce salt and sugar intake and refined grain products.
- EXCERCISE
Physical Activity is must for our healthy body and mind. We can do activities like yoga, pranayaam, asanas, waking swimming, aerobics, cycling, gym, treadmill, dancing etc. Physical activities should be in a place where you can breath fresh air.
- SLEEP
Sleep and Rest: Sound & deep sleep is very essential for rejuvenation of mind, body and soul, espically for cell repair and cell growth. it also increases the age of the individaual. Poor quality
sleep affects you causing irritability, mental disorder, hormonal imbalances and overall performance.
Duaration of sleep in a day for:
New born baby 16 to 18 hrs.
Preschool children 10 to 12 hrs.
School aged children & teenagers 9 hrs.
Adults
7 to 8 hrs.
